We help you to be confident by showing you the right verbal and non-verbal expression techniques to use during the interview. These techniques will increase your chances of convincing the recruiter. Being organised is vital to find the right job for you. Initiativ Rëm Schaffen offers a 5-module training program allowing you to professionalise your job search. - Analyse your professional project and familiarise yourself with the right job search tools - Improve your CV - Improve your job interview performance - How to read an employment contract - Join the “Walk and Talk about Work” group and benefit from the experience of other participants The completion of the 5 modules will enable you to learn all the necessary steps for a successful job search. It is also possible to choose only one or some of the modules from the training program. The training program takes place in one of our three offices situated in Luxembourg City, Esch-sur-Alzette and Ettelbruck and is taught in Luxembourgish or French (the handouts are in French). Training programs in collaboration with municipalities or associations are available upon request. The workshops are free of charge, but registration is mandatory.
